DELIVERY POLICY

Bülle Chaussures Inc. shall have the products ordered delivered by Purolator and/or Canada Post at a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping or free shipping on all orders above $50 to the address you will have specified with your order for any locations in Canada.

Delivery deadlines are as follows:

2-3 days Province QC

4-5 days Province ON

5-7 days for other provinces.

All our expeitions are sent with the mention "no signature required". No deliveries shall be made to a post office box. Delivery shall be made only within the territorial limits of Canada.

Except for any provision specifically provided in the Bülle Chaussures Inc. Delivery Policy, the provisions of the Conditions of Sale continue to apply.

RETURN POLICY

Your entire satisfaction is our main objective. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, you may return the products subject to the terms and conditions of the Bülle Chaussures Inc. Return Policy.

All products sold at a price of $49 or less and for which the regular price was above $99 are considered to be FINAL SALE and are not returnable and/or refundable. 

You have a time limit of thirty (30) days from the date specified on the purchase invoice to return any product purchased from the Website, in its original packaging, together with the original of the purchase invoice by simply ship it back by Purolator and/or Canada Post, using the return label and shipping bag provided with your purchase. Visit purolator.com to find a Purolator Shipping Centre or Drop Box near you.


When purchased products are returned, a credit in the amount of the purchase will be applied to the credit card used for the transaction as soon as we will have received the product and checked its condition.

If a product purchased on our Website is defective and if you note this defect after having used the product or if you are past the 30-day time limit, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Unless specified otherwise in the Bülle Chaussures Inc. Return Policy, the other terms in the Conditions of Sale continue to apply.
